"Milan the gentle giant he had it tough as the day we had to drive, high winds prevented us from going over the bridges so he had to take the long way around. Not once did Milan say well that's it we need to head back, he tried several routes until he found the right one. although it was longer and would delay our trip to Pltvice lakes, milan rang ahead and asked that the national park would hold our booking open"

"Edin was great too! His English is very good. Just like Mario, our driver from Dubrovnik to Zadar, Edin was engaging and shared a lot about the history and landmark's along the way. He bought us snacks after our trip to Plitvice lakes with his own money and on the way to Zagreb, he reached out to the property owners at the apartment we were staying to ensure we would have a smooth check-in. He even waited until we got checked-in. He also met us the next morning and bought us coffee and croissants and helped us plan what to do in Zagreb. He greatly exceeded our expectations. He too represents Daytrip very very well! Excellent Customer Service!!!!! "
