"Thank you so much for reaching out post my experience utilizing My Day Trip a few weeks ago. For my particular trip, I was very late in my planning and found your service online just the day before I needed to travel from Zadar to Budapest. From booking online, communicating with Gyula prior to our trip, all the way through to him dropping me off in Budapest, the entire experience was stress free and enjoyable. The evening before our trip, Gyula and I connected via text to ensure a smooth pickup in the morning as well as an expected time of arrival to Budapest, so I could share it with my next host. Gyula texted me in the morning to let me know he had arrived at my address and met me just outside, where he offered to carry my luggage and showed me to his vehicle. He was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable throughout our trip, and kept me updated and informed as we crossed the border, grabbed a bite to eat, and upon arrival in Budapest. After arriving, I misplaced my passport (inside my airbnb), so I quickly texted Gyula to make sure I hadn't left it somewhere in his vehicle. He responded immediately and let me know he had checked everywhere, and even sent me photos of the backseat and trunk. Unbeknownst to me at the time, he had sat down to eat dinner in a restaurant, and went back to his vehicle - not once, but twice - to confirm my passport wasn't there. Thankfully, I found it in my belongings shortly after, and we had a laugh at my exhaustion and absent-mindedness : ) All of that to say, Gyula definitely went above and beyond and truly gave me a great first impression of your service (as well as Hungary and Budapest), and I will definitely consider My Day Trip on my next adventure in Europe! "
