"Dear Marketa, I have to say your service is terrific. I have been using My Day Trip many times now since September 2022 and we have always had wonderful experiences. I have to especially commend Karel S. He picked us up in Passau on Saturday, December 2, 2023 during one of the worst snowstorms Germany has experienced. He was on time, caring and a great driver. We were going to Salzburg and so many roads were closed, weather was pretty terrible and the drive took much longer but Karel never gave up, was very patient and determined to get us to Salzburg which he did successfully. He was also there to pick us up in Salzburg to take us to Munich airport on Monday Dec. 4, 2023. We have to say we wish the airport experience was as great as our experience with My Day Trip and Karel. You can imagine what Munich airport was like on Monday. took us days to get back home, utter chaos. Again, all drivers we have had are very good but I must say Karel is exceptional. An excellent driver, his car is super comfortable and he is on time. We have already booked another drive with you for a pick up in Tilbury, UK for Jan. 12, 2024. "It was great! We had Jiri for three trips and each time he was very professional and helpful. He was able to give us guidance on what our options were with our stops and even made bookings for us on our behalf. The trip from Vienna to Cesky Krumlov was fabulous! We all walked together to the the castle at Durnstein and he was able to tell us about the area. At Mathausen he helped guide us through the area so that we were able to see and hear the audio guide before we ran out of time. His car was very comfortable and he provide us with a bottle of water on each of our three trips. We can highly recommend him! We loved Jiri! He knew Burghausen well and was able to tell us about it. He stopped the car for us to take pictures and was able to answer all our questions. He was friendly and a consummate host as he had water bottles for both of us on each of our journeys with him. "

We also used daytrip from Salzburg to Venice with Daniel and again it was a fantastic way to travel. In fact we were speaking to several American couples we met in Venice and told them about daytrip and what a wonderful way to travel.
