"We can not say enough about Esteban. You have a gem there, and we immensely enjoyed our time with him. He is warm, friendly, conversive, and professional. We so much enjoyed our conversations and time with him. Safety is essential, and at no time did we feel nervous during the long ride. Esteban is an excellent driver and was patient while driving on rough roads and during backups. His car was comfortable and well-maintained. He was so sweet to go beyond his set time to show us areas of San Jose we would likely not have seen on our own. He was full of good history, which helped us get to know the city and the people better. He took the time to warn about the city's safety concerns, which we truly appreciated."
