"This was my first time using Daytrip and I am very impressed with the service that Fernando M. provided on our trip from Mexico City to Morelia. Fernando arrived on time and went out of his way to make us comfortable during our ride, offering stops for water and refreshments and trips to the bathroom along the way. He speaks English fluently and is friendly and outgoing with his passengers. Unfortunately, we had an unexpected detour on our trip. The highway was closed in both directions due to a tractor trailer accident and fuel spill. We were stuck in traffic for more than 2 hours before a road crew came along, removed a concrete median and directed traffic to turn back because there was no passing through the fuel spill and fatal accident. Fernando handled the situation very professionally and found another route on some very rural roads to bypass the accident and return to the highway on the other side of the road closure. It took quite a while and we did not arrive in Morelia until 7:30 pm, about three hours later than we planned. Fernando made sure we arrived and then had to drive all the way back to his hometown (2 hours away) that same evening. I cannot express how grateful we were for his service and the way he handled a very difficult situation. Fernando M is the kind of driver you want to hire for your company. He is a conscientious professional who will go out of his way to provide excellent service to your clients. "
