"Maxym was an amazing driver! Safe and knowledgeable and timely! He made the 2.5 hour drive seamless!! I would have appreciated a reminder email or driver profile email fr day trip 24 hours before the trip, the information was there but I had to remember to login to retrieve it, and email just as a reminder about the trip should be sent out.
