" Francesca was really nice and beyond the nice banter, she told us about some of the history we were driving through (I like history) and about some of the trees and different areas. She carried the heaviest baggage and she helped us find the right door once we arrived (it was a little hidden). She was professional and personable, would highly recommend daytrip and the drivers they are able to find for people like me."
