"Our trip was great and I appreciated Mydaytrip from the beginning when I emailed questions about the car service. We wanted to make one sightseeing stop and Mario was very accommodating about taking us there. He arrived to pick us up early and the van was perfect. I called Ylenia (who I thought was going to be our driver from the email) the night before from Florence and she was great on the phone - very friendly - and told us Mario would be picking us up the next morning. The only thing that might have improved our trip was to have had a driver who spoke a little more English. We were able to communicate sufficiently for everything we needed; however, since we do not speak Italian there were some language barriers. I have already told several of my friends about Mydaytrip -- I was thankful to discover your service after having difficulty finding trains to accommodate us on the day, at the time we needed. It was so nice not to haul heavy backpacks from train to train and worry about making connections country to country. I would definitely use your company again. Thank you. Leslie"
