"Daytrip has been an absolute lifesaver this trip and we would recommend to anyone! You are so easy to contact and offer help when needing to change times etc. our driver today was so patient as we had huge delays from our train. He was super easy to contact through WhatsApp and assured us he would still drive us to our destination. Couldn’t fault him! The only thing from today (which is a very small issue) was that I was waiting back for an email regarding swapping times, so was a little stressed if that would be ok or not. Thankfully our driver was contactable. But totally understand that it’s hard to get immediate responses. I normally would have called, but bad reception. Not sure how this could be improved though. Overall we LOVE Daytrip! "
