"Antonio was amazing! He had been in contact with someone local who was helping us with our bags and met us exactly as planned. He took us to two overlooks to view Dubrovnik, and then stopped 2 or 3 more times for me to get photos of impressive areas he knew were coming up. His driving was excellent and he had an excellent command of English and was very friendly and talkative (in a good way) and we learned much about the area too! And somehow, he found exactly where we had to be to meet our friends who were meeting us in Perast--at a random parking area, but as we came over the hill, there they were waving at us! He was really the best! I am writing to your customer service as well, as one main compliment for all of our drivers and your service and your whole company...but I will do each individual driver and trip as well. His manor, his friendliness, his ability to change and tweak a drive just slightly to make it even better, his attention to safety and detail were all clearly evident, not to mention his familiarity with the area too! He checked the border crossing and chose the one with fewer cars and prettier views--that's professionalism! Job very well done guys!"
