He contacted me through WhatsApp the day prior to arrange a meeting place. He arrived early and sent a photo of the location of his van.
He offered us very cold bottled water at the beginning of the trip.

"once again, had a excellent city-to-city transfer with Nikica, from Dubrovnik to Kotor.
He was on time, easily communicative, assisted with our luggage, helped us settle in for the journey, offered water bottles, gave clear
directions for our tour stops, offered recommendations for a cafe and was right where we expected him to be for the pick-up after the
tour stops. He drove safely and was informative at the border crossings between Croatia and Montenegro.
