"The experience started with Bruno’s amazing punctuality. He arrived early and was ready for us to bring down the luggage and he helped us with getting it all in the car boot. Bruno was amazing, kind, funny and very accommodating. We enjoyed the car ride with him very much, the car was in pristine condition and we appreciated the bottles of fresh water. We were driven to Merida, where Bruno helped us with organising the tickets and then patiently waited for us to explore the ruins of the city and then get lunch.
