He was even early both times to pick us up right by the door, the new and spacious Mercedes van was fantastic, he was friendly with excellent English, and he was an excellent driver as well. He made everything go smoothly and quickly, we could not be happier. Actually, my daughter left her cell phone in the van, and when we called him he answered immediately and then even drove it back to us. He had already gone through a series of hairpin turns so we felt terrible for his extra trouble. We would not blame him if he were angry at us, but he was very gracious about it, more than we deserved."
