"professional and timely, went "above and beyond" Mateusz was waiting for us in the lobby of our hotel when we came down to check out. He was extremely professional, yet very personable. Our itinerary was a customized itinerary with a 2.5 hour stop in Boleswlawiec. As we were leaving Wroclaw, Mateusz asked us if we knew what we wanted to do in Boleswlawiec and presented us with some options he had researched on his own. I was interested in learning about Polish pottery and shopping at some of the manufacturing outlet shops, so he took us to four different shops He also found a charming place for us to have lunch. He was always willing to share information about the sights we were seeing along the way, as well as life in Poland. We couldn't have been happier with a driver or your service!"
