"We loved our trip with Sokol from Tirana to Dhermi, Albania. He arrived early and was really considerate throughout the journey. He spoke excellent English and shared great insight into life in Albania today and in the past. He was knowledgeable and humorous. Along the journey he stopped for us to get good views, and took us to a fantastic Cafe where we ate fresh yogurt with local honey and walnuts. We would never have known about this on our own. He gave us good tips about our destination. Most importantly, about 3 hours into our journey we realised we had left our passports in the hotel in Tirana. He immediately got on the phone to the hotel, then rang them back several times and promised us that if need be he would go to the hotel and fetch the passports to Tirana Airport before our flight 6 days later. He totally rescued what could have been a really stressful situation. As it was Team Daytrip organised for our driver later in the week to collect our passports for us, but today (back home) we got a message from Sokol saying he had heard we got our passports sorted and wishing us well. Top service! "
