"We thoroughly enjoyed our trip from Vienna to Graz. Our driver, Stan, was prompt and helpful. He had prepared a printed copy of the itinerary for us for the trip which was useful. He even brought homemade apple strudel and homemade lemonade which we enjoyed (at the Baden Bei Wein spa town). He is generally knowledgeable of the areas we were visiting and also of the interesting sights in between. He also made it easier for us to locate him after each stop so that we did not have to travel far. In terms of the overall experience, it was really good. The driver arrived before the designated time and had all the child seats already installed (which saved us time). The car was in good condition and very comfortable for us all."
