"The trip is a very good experience. This is the second time for Giuliano to be our driver. For both trips with him, most of the ways are winding mountain roads. Since Giuliano is a nice driver with excellent driving skill, we feel secure even so. Giuliano also has been very helpful. For both trips, he parked outside of the pedestrian area and go long way carrying luggages for us. Not only so, he helped us to carry the luggages upstairs. We really appreciate his help because it will be a big challenge if we have to do it ourselves. Therefore, please send the appreciation to Giuliano for us. Te-Fang "

"This service was the return leg of our day trip from Genoa to the Cinque Terra, We had the same driver Pietro, meet us at Vernazza as had dropped us at Riomaggiore. We arranged a time and place to meet, based on his local knowledge, and all went very well. Pietro took us back to Genoa via local scenic roads rather than getting back to the freeway as early as possible, which gave us an opportunity to experience the Italian countryside. He was polite, efficient and helpful. The trip went well and we were back in Genoa in time for the return to our ship prior to departure."
