"It was excellent. Really no negative feedback at all. Kelvin was on time, polite, and very accommodating. We were on our way to the airport which can be stressful but I felt very confident that he knew the traffic patterns and road conditions well and knew how much time to allow. The booking through PayPal was good because it does feel a bit odd to pay up front to a new company without much security that it is a valid business but I felt better with PayPal as the agent involved.
