"John set a new standard! He is friendly, knowledgeable and interesting to talk to. He drove around the town when we arrived to point out good restaurants, chemist, grocery store etc and sent us links for recommended tours and the restaurants he had pointed out. We felt like we had made our first Costa Rican friend. "
