"I am so honored to provide you with a 5/5 star review for our Hakone-Tokyo trip with David. From the very beginning, David was so great to communicate with as I requested our pickup to be later the initially booked for. David responded so quickly and was very flexible at adjusting our pick up time. David arrived early and happily waited for our family to arrive and then made us feel so welcome in his wonderfully comfortable and clean travel van. Once in the car David provided us with cool refreshments and treats for the kids. He also provided an appropriate booster seat for our 6 year old. David ensured we were still happy with our stops along the way and provided helpful information about all the stops and appropriate time frames to spend at each place. David was friendly and had lots of interesting facts to answer our questions about Japan during our journey. To top it off, on our arrival at the airport our daughter had dropped a very small beloved trinket in the far back seat of the car. David went above and beyond to find the trinket despite the busy airport traffic. David remained calm and determined to find her toy. Daytrip and David provided us with the perfect end to our amazing Japanese family adventure!!"
