"Hi Marketa I’m not sure if you are receiving this email or if there’s a more formal feedback structure but here is my opinion: Our driver, Marin, was amazing and probably the highlight of the experience . He really was a great guy, telling us everything about every village we passed through and the entire process was so easy and enjoyable, from pick up to drop off. I had no idea what to expect from this service going into it (just needing a way from Timisoara to Novi Sad given the lack of train or bus connections between them) and I was extremely pleasantly surprised. If all the drivers are like Marin I would more than happily use the service again in my travels as it really is a great way to see things and have a local’s interesting insight and conversation while also providing the utility of a travel service.
