"1. Trip was great. Route was fast and we arrived in Prague making excellent time. 2. Michal was punctual, very helpful especially with our bags, quick to make sure that we were comfortable in the vehicle and ready for any requests be it a bathroom or a food stop. In fact he was very friendly, which is not a bad thing, but sometimes being too chatty can be 'stressful' if we want to relax, enjoy the view or even take a nap on the long drive. 3. Car was in good shape. there were 4 of us adults and had room to stretch out and be comfortable. No breakdowns and all our luggage could fit so that is always a good thing.😀"
