"Wonderful trip, though the weather was terrible. The driver located us at the train station. He came early which helped because it was pouring rain and then drove us safely “home” to Varenna. Because of the rain, we cancelled our walk at the waterfall, so we arrived back earlier than expected. I was impressed by how quickly you responded to our concerns about pick up and drop off. Our villa location turned out to be only a gate. But both of your drivers found us and transported us safely. "
