"-Andrés was waiting for us just outside the front door of the hotel. He was in a different car, so we weren't sure it was him at first, but he said due to the heat he had just switched cars, so we appreciated that. We didn't have any additional sightseeing scheduled with this trip, so it was a straight drive to Mérida, but we talked about sights that we were passing along the way. Andrés was friendly and professional."

"Thank you for your recent emails. Instead of answering each one separately, we would like to give an overall response. The other trip references are: 63E483 Madrid to Cordoba 297714 Cordoba to Granada FB68DC Granada to Seville OA689F Seville to Merida All the drivers were punctual and the vehicles were clean and comfortable. The drivers were well dressed and very helpful with our luggage and taking us to reception in our hotels. Their English was sufficient for our needs and all were helpful with our stopovers along the way. This was our first time with My Day Trip and we were extremely satisfied. The booking process was easy and your emails advising the drivers' names and photos prior to each trip were most helpful. We would have no hesitation in using you again and would happily recommend you. "
