"I must say that my trip from Saturnia to Florence with Riccardo M. Was outstanding. Riccardo arrived early and was very patient as we were not quite ready. He was very knowledgeable and personable all during the trip. As two women, we felt very safe and comfortable with him. Riccardo's driving was cautious yet expedient. As far as going through your company, ordering a car was easy and communication was great. I very much appreciated being informed as to the driver we should expect. Your rates were not the cheapest but also not the most expensive - they were competitive . I used a different company from Rome to Saturnia and was not impressed with their communication. On the eve before, I had not received a reminder confirmation and it was very difficult to communicate with them and get a response. My experience with Daytrip was very different and I was confident that you would show up. I would definitely use daytrip for other trips and if I am in Italy/Florence area again, I would absolutely request Riccardo M. "
