"Florjan was a little late picking us up, which was due to traffic in town. However he had contacted the hotel in advance of pickup time, and also communicated well over Whatsapp during the wait. We had a visit scheduled to Gjirokaster, and on the way Florjan again graciously offered another stop (no extra charge) of an unknown monastery, which was really nice to visit. And during our trip to Gjirokaster and the fortress he again acted as an excellent guide, was very patient and allowed us time to see everything."
