"Our trip with Juan was great. He was communicative from the beginning, on schedule, and flexible as needed. Instead of googling questions we had about all things Mexico along the way to CDMX, we just asked and discussed them with Juan. When we arrived at our destination, it was pouring rain and he took it upon himself to call the hotel to have them bring umbrellas out to the car and then he carried our bags from the car to the lobby, getting soaked in the process. It was above and beyond. We enjoyed the drive with Juan"

"I would give Raul a 10 if it was allowed. I didn’t feel like a client but actually like I was travelling with a friend. He showed me around Querétaro and took me to main sites. He also made the travelling experience to Guanajuato safe and entertaining. You can tell he enjoys his job. It’s a pity that he will not be the driver of my future day trips. "

"Our trip was excellent. We were picked up on time and Gerardo was fantastic. The trip took us longer than advised on your website simply because traffic out of Mexico City was horrendous. It might be useful for you to flag this on your site if possible. If we had known, we would’ve booked the pick up a couple of hours earlier. Nothing could be done about that though and it was not in anyway a reflection on our driver. Fortunately, we were in good hands with Gerardo and given his proficiency of the English language, we used the time to learn about Mexico from a local. He was very accommodating, pleasant and ensured we arrived at our destination and Airbnb safely. We could not have asked for a better trip."
