They sent confirmations with the information I needed before the trip. The day of our trip, the driver, Ión, was on time (actually about 15 minutes early, texted me to let me know he was there and could help with anything we needed, and waited patiently while we finished checking out of our hotel). Not only was he a very safe and courteous driver, he was prompt and on time, he was a fabulous tour guide who made wonderful suggestions to enhance our route and journey, he was safety guardian ensuring we knew exactly where to meet at our stop over points and as we watched Le Tour de France pass through Saint Jean de Luz he even bought us cold water during the hot roadside weather conditions.
