"Sorry for the delayed response, we just returned for our trip. Oscar and Pedro were great! Their vans were clean and greatly accommodated our group. The two stops were a great change of pace and allowed us the stretch our legs. We even met some of Oscar’s neighbors at San Miguel, great having a local to share his insights. "

"This was my first time using daytrip & I absolutely would use this service again & recommend it to friends. What about the service did I like? Not having to worry about the details regarding the drive. Our driver Nuno was punctual, friendly, had a very roomy, clean vehicle & he had a great playlist! Daytrip’s option of stopping at Miguel de Aralar was worthwhile. We would have never had such a beautiful experience had daytrip not suggested it! Great service! Thank you!!!"

"Hello Marketa! Pere was so great and friendly. He was great about communication (we had to change the pick up location last minute and it was no problem at all!) - we had a great conversation and he was so great to make sure we connected with our Air B&B host when we arrived in Pamplona. He really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and even gave us ideas of things to do around Pamplona if we needed to escape all the people there! And the van was very clean and comfortable. A few of our group got a good solid nap in the back row! The only thing I would say wasn’t Pere’s fault at all - but he didn’t know that we had paid to stop at the scenic overlook - and he had never been there before. He took us to a scenic little village, but yesterday I realized it was a different one than what was on your site. I know he just started driving for you - perhaps there needs to be a way for drivers to know about the add-ons that are available on the trips? We had a great experience, would recommend to others, and would definitely use daytrip again - and we would absolutely request Pere to be our driver!! He takes good care of your clients! -Lori"
