The road from San Cristobal to Palenque is long and winding with lots of speed bumps. It requires a competent driver and Miguel was great. If you’re traveling through Chiapas and want a flexible, convenient and effective mode of transportation, hire a car and driver through Daytrip. It’s worth the price."
