"We found Bruno to be friendly, helpful, and extremely patient with us. I travelled with my elderly mother, which required a bit more time and assistance to move about, Bruno was patient and present to give a helping hand especially to my mother. When we wish to engage in conversation, he was also eager to join in friendly talk during our long trip. Most importantly, we felt safe in his car and journey with him.
