"We really had a wonderful experience riding with Michael and using Daytrip. Michael was an excellent and safe driver. We felt really safe with him on the wheel on our journey from udine to prague and prague to zurich. He was friendly and warm and accommodating to all our rest stop requests. My parents had to go to the reatroom almost every hlur and a half and Michael made sure that he find the best rest stations for us. He was polite and reapectful, patient and kind in answering our questions and requests. The service qas excellent. We particularly appreciated the door to door transfer of our luggage. It made travelling with my elderly parents easier and more comfortable. We really had a wonderful time. Everything was excellent."
