"Hello: I just wanted to let you know what a fabulous experience we had with MyDayTrip. Wojciech (our assigned driver) was an awesome driver and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable trip. He was enjoyable to talk to and shared great information about Poland and our destination city. When we got to our hotel, he made sure our reservation was set before he left. This added touch was reassuring. Wojciech was very professional and his car was new/clean/comfortable. I highly recommend his services. Thank you, Liz J."

"Jan was very nice to stick around and wait with us when we got to Krakow to check in the apartment/ hotel since the owner of the property was late to meet up with us to give us a key. He didn’t have to but he insisted he will make sure we check in so we appreciated that a lot. He also made multiple phone calls for us to talk to the property owner so that was very helpful,too. He also took shorter way( toll road) so our driving time was much shorter and quick than the one we took from Krakow to Poznan a week ago. For suggestion for improvement,one service which stood out during the trip with your company was our first driver from Krakow to Poznan(Blazej) who had wifi in his car and we get to use our phone in his car which was super nice and also he had bottled water ready for each of us for our trip since it was almost 5-6 hours long. Wifi maybe difficult to have in every car but simple bottled water for the trip is a great idea for the service in these kind of trip. Anyway we had really good experiences with your drivers and already recomended to some ppl we met during this trip. We will definitely use your service again in the future and hope this feedback helps your company. "
