"Mostly our experience was very, very good and made our day very, very pleasant together with allowing us to see another city. One of our group has mobility issues and not having to get taxis and Paris and Luxembourg and navigate the train station was wonderful; so overall I am delighted and would happily use you again (especially for a group of five which doesn’t easily fit in most taxis). Daniel was an excellent driver and when Paris traffic made him just a couple of minutes late we got a text exactly at 8:30 that he was close (he was). He was waiting for us when it was time to leave Reims as well. I also appreciated it that you told me when the driver changed (and did so promptly). So, only a little bit of advice. While I am well aware that your drivers are in no way tour guides; I think you should give them the basic information regarding the stops you offer. We had picked Reims and he asked me where I wanted to go. I said near the cathedral (which is the center of pretty much all of the sights) and he did not know what I was talking about. I had to look up the address and give it to him. It wasn’t a big deal but you should probably give them the basic guidance regarding where to go at the stops you offer. Of course, someone with a particular interest could override it; but for Reims everything important for a tourist was right together."
