"Dimitri was punctual, and a clear communicator. He was very polite but not too talkative which is important to understand what the person you’re driving wants - whether that’s a conversation or just to relax. He was a very safe driver and has a very gentle energy - I am a 28 yo woman travelling alone with my dog so it doesn’t take much to make me feel uncomfortable. Not for one second did I feel uncomfortable driving alone with Dimitri, he’s a gentleman. Additionally I have to admit I didn’t disclose I had a small dog with me because it was an emergency situation for me - my friend was driving from London to Calais to pick me up so I had to be there. Then all of the trains got cancelled so I had to last minute book a private car and was very worried no one would take me with my dog. Well, my dog did bark at Dimitri but he didn’t mind and he was very understanding that my dog was a bit anxious. Dimitri has an amazing playlist. Overall it was an exceptional experience and I don’t mind at all that it was expensive for me, because Dimitri deserves to be paid well for creating a safe, calm environment. He is a professional. Please send my thanks and best wishes to Dimitri. Although we didn’t chat too much because I was very tired, I could tell he is a very special person and it was a pleasure to be his passenger. "
