"Rui was punctual, and in fact a bit early and messaged me to say he was here when we were ready which was great. He had a lovely air conditioned car and provided us with water. Most importantly he was a very safe and good driver and went out of his way to get us as close as he could to our apartment given we were on a pedestrian street only. "

"Hello Marketa, Your service was brilliant. Joao turned up exactly on time and was very helpful. The drive was very comfortable and unlike some taxi journeys I've taken at home or away on holiday, I never felt nervous due to the driving, no holding on to my seat belt! He negotiated some difficult traffic in Seville and extremely narrow streets to drop us right outside our hotel. I offered to get out earlier to save him having to squeeze down the roads, but he insisted on trying to get us as close as possible.
