"Thanks for reaching out. Our drive with Umberto was everything we had hoped it would be. Umberto was friendly and knowledgeable. He was also very flexible when our plans got disrupted a bit. "Paolo arrived earlier than scheduled time and was waiting for us. Mercedes van was immaculate – clean, big, air conditioning was efficient Paolo chatted with us for the first 20 minutes – pleasantries / did we enjoy our trip / where were we from etc. Paolo was also very helpful in recommending lunch places in Bologna. He dropped us of next to the main square (after navigating road closures / construction). We toured the central area of Bologna (on our own) and went to one of his lunch recommendations (which was excellent). He was waiting for us at the planned meeting time. Drive to Venice was smooth. No traffic. We arrived on time at our hotel. It was a perfect experience for our family as we were completing a long vacation to Europe. It allowed us to relax as we moved to final stop on our trip."
