"Had a very comfortable trip to Milan. Your driver was very punctual. He was very polite and helpful. The car was upgraded to a very comfortable 7 seater. A few days prior and the day before, your office took liberty to remind me about the trip. The driver contact was provided as well which was what I needed. Smooth reception and all went well.
