"Our driver was very professional and helpful. We had an issue with the car seat (which was one of the reasons we had used Daytrip) and he worked to resolve it so our granddaughter was safe. That being said, in the future all drivers should make sure infant car seats are in good working order. Our driver arrived early and was very helpful getting all our luggage to the van. It was an easy relaxing ride once the car seat issue was resolved. We appreciate all the care they took. "

"Of all out Daytrip rides this was the BEST experience! My daughter fell asleep after an all night birthday celebration with friends and had a hard time waking up for the drive, while my husband and I were on a plane. It was nerve-racking to get an email from Daytrip upon landing informing us of the issue with getting in touch with my daughter for her ride. Thankfully the driver had patience and was able to get a hold of my daughter and she didn’t miss her flight! "Our experience was awesome! Sayed did a great job. He took us from Brussels to Lille and back, from Brussels to Bruges and from Bruges to Amsterdam. He was on time (every time), was a very safe driver, his car was immaculate, he was very informative, he answered all of our questions and even went out of his way to retrieve something we accidently left behind at our hotel.
