"We were very pleased with Andrea L , we found him easily at pick up. He dropped his location with what’s app. I didn’t know that this application would be used to communicate. If it was included in the instructions to check what’s app , i may have missed it. He was very informative and pleasant his car was clean and comfortable. There was an accident ahead of us that caused nearly an hour back up and he kept us informed and showed concern for us that we would be delayed on our vacation. I would recommend this service and driver. "
