"This was a long trip over rough roads, but our driver, Fabien, made our travel exceptional. What a gentle and kind driver he is. DayTrip is lucky to have such an experienced and knowledgeable driver. His English was good and provided us with a fantastic personal experience. Our day went longer than scheduled as he had some fun surprises for us. To go above and beyond meant so much to us. After our Hanging Bridges stop, he surprised us with a picnic of fresh fruit and beverages. It was so welcome after a long hike and no food. Another surprise was a visit to a viewpoint of the continental divide. The thought and time he took to show us his country and make it memorable for us was extraordinary. We immensely enjoyed our time with him. Safety is paramount to us, and at no time did we feel nervous during the long ride. Fabien is an excellent driver and was patient while driving on long stretches of bad roads. His car was very comfortable and well-maintained. We had lots of space for our legs and luggage. We can’t say enough about our time with him and how much he enhanced our stay in Costa Rica. "
