"The actual day went perfect which we couldn’t ask for more! Mr. Rachid E. M. arrived earlier at our hotel, contacted me via front desk. Explaining to me for the last min. change of driver. He waited us with his car’s door open and fully ready at hotel front. Helped us to upload and care for every details. I was sitting at passenger seat and we have great chat. He was sensible and polite. He drove safely, on-time at destination. We asked to pick up earlier than planned time he happily complied to it. Thumbs up to Mr. Rachid, he is great."
