Some of the roads around our destination hotel, Brussels Marriott Grand-Place, were blocked because of Christmas Markets that were set up around Grand-Place (Grote Markt). Stefanie proved to be very resourceful and was able to maneuvre around the roads and managed to drop us off in front of the hotel."

" Kevin was a GREAT driver! 5 stars all the way. His car was spotless clean, he had water and candy for us. He made sure the air was on to keep us cool. He was very well dressed and professional looking. He opened the doors for us every time we got in/out of the car. His communication was very accurate with us.
