"Our flight was earlier than expected, but shortly after we arrived our driver, Changsoo, called as he had followed up on our flight and would arrive earlier than the initial stated time. Unfortunately, having to wait in very long lines at the airport caused his early arrival to be in vain. I felt bad about the situation, but he never complained about it. He met us at the exit gate and even carried my daughter’s bag for her. He was very courteous: opened doors, provided water, offered to adjust temperature to our liking, and as our ride was about 3 hours long even offered to make rest stops if needed. I had heard prior to my trip that traffic and driving in the KR was a nightmare, but Changsoo did a great job navigating. We felt so comfortable with his driving that we both actually fell asleep!!! (The 15 hour flight had gotten to us). We arrived at our destination with perfect timing. He even unloaded our luggage into the lobby for us. I would definitely recommend Changsoo for anyone needing a way around Seoul, and I will recommend DayTrip services to my friends who are going to travel. I will be using this services again in my future adventures. Thank you DayTrip and Changsoo for getting my vacation started in a positive way."
