Episkopi sits about 14 km (9 miles) west of Limassol and roughly 40 km (25 miles) east of Paphos, making it a natural stop for travelers moving between the two cities along the south coast.

A couple of hours covers the main highlights, but travelers who want to walk the wider site, take in the information panels, and enjoy the views over the bay often prefer closer to half a day. Because a private transfer runs on your schedule, you can lengthen or shorten the visit without worrying about a fixed return time.

Episkopi Bay runs along the coast near the archaeological site, and many visitors use it to unwind after exploring Kourion. Sea conditions can vary, so it is worth checking local signage and current guidance before going into the water. A stroll along the shoreline is a relaxed way to close out the visit either way.

Kourion lies about 1.3 km (0.8 miles) from Episkopi and includes a Greco-Roman theatre built into the hillside, with a capacity historians estimate at up to 3,500 spectators. The site also holds the mosaic-floored House of Eustolios and the Sanctuary of Apollo Hylates a short distance further west, spanning several eras of the site's long history.

Episkopi is a quiet village in the Limassol district, built on the hillside just above the ancient site of Kourion. It pairs one of the island's most rewarding archaeological sites with views over Episkopi Bay and a genuine slice of local village life, making it easy to combine history and coastline in a single stop.
