"We had originally planned to catch a bus from Dubrovnik to Bar, but changed our minds at the last minute, and requested a driver from your company. So glad we made that decision, as the experience we had with Ivan R. could be described as one of the highlights of our trip. Ivan was a genuine individual, and along the way, we felt as though we had gotten to know one of the locals. When we asked for advice, his suggestions on what would be good to see, were ones that greatly enriched our journey. He was also very thoughtful and kind. One example of this was when he found out that we had had difficulty in being able to contact the place we had booked to stay in Bar. He rang them for us and sorted everything out, so that we able to stop worrying. We felt he looked after us like we were family. On our next trip to Europe, we look forward to doing business with your company again. Please keep up the good work, and say thank you to Ivan for giving us such a wonderful experience."
