"Our driver was fantastic—he arrived at the pick-up location nearly an hour before our scheduled time, allowing us to leave early. The ride was smooth and relaxing, and Giovanni was an absolute pleasure to chat with. He was gentle with the kids and handled our stops with great professionalism. Additionally, despite the destination being quite slippery as it is a ski resort, he made us feel safe and secure throughout the entire drive. The stop options were very well thought out, making us feel like we turned a day of transition into a meaningful day trip to Switzerland, which eventually led us to our destination. "

"We liked Paolo very much. His car was wonderful, he was early to pick us up, friendly, caring, helpful and patient. He took us exactly where we had agreed to go, and he delivered us exactly where we wanted to be. We stopped for our sightseeing and for lunch. He did an excellent job. We have no complaints about Paolo, only praise! However, you need to know that his English is very limited. We had expected, and booked, an English speaking driver...hoping for some information about our sightseeing stops. He was able to drop us off and indicate where he would pick us up, but that was the limit of his English. That is not a criticism of Paolo... Still, we were pleased with his caring service!"
