"We just got back from the long trip and we could not reply to earlier email. I apologize. Yes, Mr. Ondrej was also an amazing driver as well as the city guide. We planned to stop by Eagle's Nest on the way to Salzburg but realized the trip to Eagle's nest would be practically impossible given the circumstance we were in at that time. Ondrej showed us Salzburg around instead. I expected Ondrej would just drop us off at the final destination but he went above and beyond his duty and was very flexible, understanding and extremely helpful. He was prompt, courteous, professional and extremely helpful. I don't know how you guys find such great people and we really appreciate your help with our family's vacation. "
