"What can I say except for I was very, very impressed with the service we received from your driver. Dumitru was always prompt, kept in contact, was very personable and helpful. His car was immaculate. I cannot think of anything that needed improvement, except for the weather! It was pouring rain and he offered umbrellas. He helped us with our luggage inside the terminal.
