"MarketaWith regard to our Daytrip on Saturday November 9, 2009 from the Rembrandt Hotel in Bucharest to the Vega Hotel in Ruse, Bulgaria. It was our first experience using your services and we were extremely pleased. Costantin L. was absolutely wonderful. He arrived a few minutes earlier than the 9:30 scheduled pick up time. He was very helpful and polite and thoughtful. He helped us with our bags and waited until we located our hotel in the pedestrian area. He told us some history of Romania and Bulgaria. Even though he couldn't drop us off in front of the Vega Hotel because it was on a pedestrian street, he offered to help us with our luggage to the hotel.
